Return Policy

As a general rule, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product is unopened.
In the case of returns or exchanges for the customer's own reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Also, please return the returned merchandise in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or that have been damaged or soiled due to customer handling.

お客様のご都合による返品・交換の場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。送料はお客様のご負担となります。また、返品商品は梱包のうえ返品をお願いいたします。開封後の商品、お客様の取り扱いが原因で傷、汚れ等がついてしまった商品の返品交換はお受け出来ません。
